Information Stored on Your Device

All data generated while using Quietly is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Progress data: Your daily progress through the 7-day program
• Preferences: Your app settings and personalization choices
• Journal entries: Any notes or reflections you choose to record
• Audio recordings: If you choose to use the recording feature, recordings are stored only on your device

This data never leaves your device unless you choose to delete the app, at which point all data is permanently removed.

Audio Recording Privacy

If you choose to use Quietly's optional audio recording feature to track your sleep sounds, please know that:

• Recordings are stored exclusively on your device
• Recordings are never uploaded to any server
• Recordings are never accessed by us or any third party
• You have complete control to listen to, keep, or delete any recording at any time
• When you delete a recording, it is permanently removed from your device

Third-Party Services

Quietly uses minimal third-party services:

• Apple App Store: The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect certain information as described in their privacy policy. We do not have access to this information.
• Payment processing: If you make a purchase, payment is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Quietly is designed for adults and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Data Security

Since all your data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us, the security of your data depends on your device's security features. We recommend using a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID on your device to protect your personal information.

Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• You can delete any recording at any time within the app
• You can reset your progress at any time
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all associated data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of Quietly after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
